Starting at Level 84 will also cost the player 86 million GP at the current price, the same level via Air Battlestaffs would cost just 42M by comparison, almost just half of the cost. It might be beneficial for those who's primary concern is the XP rate, but even so it's an extremely difficult proposition to sell. If you consider that the Air Battlestaff method is more relaxed (14 per inventory as opposed to 8 per inventory in Dragonhide Bodies), with an additional cost and a an hourly increase in XP It's difficult to recommend.

Alternative Method Level 55 - 99 -- Dragonstones

All that money burning a hole in your pocket? Cutting Dragonstones is arguably the most efficient method of learning Crafting but it'll cost you a pretty penny. Going from Level 55 to Level 99 through this method would require 93.584 Dragonstones to be cut with a total cost of 150 million gold at current prices. This is a cost of nearly 12gp/xp. It's nearly three times the cost of reaching Level 99 via Air Battlestaffs. For the cost, however you'll receive XP levels upwards of 400K per hour with the added luxury of having the ability to reduce 27 Dragonstones per inventory, making this method very relaxing, while also being the fastest in the game. While I'm not a fan of this method to the average player, it's important to become aware of it, since it's technically the most efficient method, and isn't too crazy if you're the type of player who has a cash stack exceeding 3 amounts (in the millions). In the end, Crafting is a pretty chill out ability with very little depth, the general basis of the game is that money in equals to XP out. However, it's a good method to earn extra XP, complete levels and unlock the legendary Crafting cape for that delicious wonderful Crafting Guild teleport. You're likely to stick to one strategy for a long time if you're headed for Level 99. So, get used to spending lots of time at the bank's counter and take advantage of the greater than average XP gains cheapest osrs gold whilst they last.
